This comprehensive 8-day customised plan is crafted to maximise your technical and OSCE skills for the ADC exam. It includes 7 days of focused, hands-on technical training under instructor supervision and a dedicated skills OSCE course day with communication OSCE revisions throughout your planned program. Each day combines targeted guidance, interactive practice, and individual feedback to ensure thorough preparation.

Plan Details:

7-Days of Technical Skills Practice:

- Unlimited assessment and correction throughout the week, ensuring exam readiness.
- Expert instructors offering real-time feedback to refine techniques, correct positioning, and improve ergonomic skills.
- Practice all essential technical tasks: crown preparation, caries removal, endodontic access, provisional crown, amalgam, and composite restoration.
- PPE, including gowns and gloves, as well as handpiece oil, hand cream, soap, and alcohol rub, are available at the centre FREE of charge.
- ADC manikin head, cheek (Drainage Mask), dental unit, amalgamator and light cure are available to use at the centre.
- Supportive staff and environment
- Limited number of candidates/day to optimise your learning experience.

1-Day for Skills OSCE Course (and free access to equipment throughout the week):

- A full day dedicated to refining skills OSCE tasks, focusing on real-exam applications.
- Access to the common mistakes discussion session starting at 7 am.

Daily Communication OSCE Practice during the technical week (2 hours):

- Customisable sessions with a 2-hour daily slot either in the morning or the afternoon for OSCE cases revision or role-play, tailored to build strong communication skills essential for the ADC exam.

*Optional Add-ons (Contact us to arrange in advance):

Unlimited plain, caries, and endo teeth (OneDental brand), along with restorative and disposable materials to simulate exam conditions.
ADC manikin jaws, a restorative instrument kit from Nordent, original high/low-speed handpieces, and the ADC bur kit from OneDental.
If you don't want us to organise teeth and materials for you in advance, you must bring your materials, consumables, filling instruments, ADC magnetic jaws, teeth, 4-hole high and low-speed handpieces (with their adaptors, if required) and a bur kit for your practice.
We will provide you with a magnetic manikin head, four-hole dental unit, amalgamator and light cure only. Staff members will be available on the day to support your ongoing practice.

Practice Schedule:

Full-day onsite from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
