1. OVERVIEW

By accessing our website, enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service & Refund Policy (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dental Path Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”).

If you do not agree, you must not enrol, access our platform, or use our services.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

You must be of legal age or have consent from a parent/guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Enrolment is confirmed only upon full payment or written approval of a payment plan.

3. SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Our offerings include:

Online Self-Paced Courses: LMS access with original videos, SBQs, and study material.
Onsite Hands-On Training: Supervised practice, simulation stations, OSCE, technical tasks.
Mentorship & Subscription Programs: Access to consultations, mentoring, workshops, and exclusive resources.

Important: Simulation training is offered only onsite. No guarantees are made regarding exam outcomes. All training is intended for educational support and exam preparation only.

4. Intellectual Property & Academic Integrity Notice

All content provided in this course—including videos, SBQs, manuals, and LMS materials—is the intellectual property of Dental Path Academy. Reproduction, resale, or distribution of any part of this material is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

We do not collect, use, or distribute actual ADC exam questions. All our educational content is independently developed and aligned with:

The ADC recommended reading list
ADA and Dental Board of Australia (DBA) guidelines
Publicly available references
The expected competencies of newly graduated dentists from Australian universities

Our goal is to provide comprehensive topic coverage and prepare you for a wide range of possible question styles and variations—without breaching any academic or legal boundaries.

Important: If your sole intent in joining this course is to access or purchase past ADC exam questions, please do not enrol. We do not offer such materials.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not:

Breach Australian law or dental ethics.
Harass instructors, misuse training platforms, or disrupt learning environments.
Record Offline, Online, live or onsite sessions without written approval.
Abuse or misuse LMS, support channels, or Centre equipment.

Breaches will lead to immediate termination of service with no refund and a permanent ban from future courses.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Full upfront payment is required unless a written payment plan is agreed.
Prices may change without notice.
Access to digital products and LMS content is granted only after payment.
Once accessed, digital products are non-refundable.

7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

7.1 Withdrawal & Cancellation

Withdrawal ≥ 30 days before course start: 100% refund.
Withdrawal < 30 days before course start: No refund.
Online Self-Paced Courses: No refund once LMS access is granted.
No-shows without notice: No refund.

7.2 Transfers

Change to another date:
- Free if requested ≥ 7 days before course start.
- Not guaranteed for short-notice changes (< 7 days).
Transfer to another person:
- Allowed if eligibility confirmed and request received ≥ 24 hours before course start.
- Send written request to info@dentalpathacademy.com.au.
- Last-minute weekend changes are not accepted.

7.3 Special Consideration

In the case of medical or compassionate grounds:
- Written application and supporting documents must be submitted before course start.
- If approved, a credit or full refund may be offered.

7.4 Course Cancellations by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a course, you may choose between:

Full refund to your original payment method (processed within 10 business days).
Free transfer to a future date.

Note: We are not responsible for any external costs, including travel, accommodation, or income loss.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:

Exam performance or results.
Platform interruptions or technical issues.
Personal losses, injuries, or indirect damages.
Expenses incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled courses.

9. DISCLAIMER

Dental Path Academy is an independent education provider.
We are not affiliated with the ADC or any government or licensing body.
We do not offer official ADC advice, endorsement, or exam content.
Candidates must refer to ADC, ADA, and DBA publications for official guidelines.

10. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to cancel enrolment or access immediately if:

These Terms are violated.
Unethical or illegal behaviour is displayed.
Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA

We collect your personal information for service delivery, communication, support, and analytics as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Sessions may be recorded for internal use and LMS updates.
By participating, you consent to this.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Victoria.

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Accept refund limits and policy conditions.
